The plucky R2 astromech droid’s deadpan humour and unlikely but enduring friendship with protocol counterpart C-3PO have often led to the pair being referred to as science fiction’s Laurel and Hardy.

Approximately 1/9 scale and beautifully detailed, lifting R2-D2’s domed head reveals a canister for confidential Death Star schematics.
