In The Lion King, after he is led to believe he is responsible for the death of his father and king of the Pride Lands, Simba flees from the kingdom and is adopted into the care of Timon and Pumbaa. Many seasons later, he is reunited with his lifelong best friend and betrothed, Nala, who urged him to reclaim his birthright. Eventually, Simba returned to challenge Scar and Nala, along with the rest of their pride, fought against the hyenas. Upon their victory, Nala welcomes Simba as the new king, and becomes his mate and queen.

Set in the breathtaking jungle in which she reunites with Simba, this stunning mini backpack is adorned with tropical foliage and flowers that encircles Loungefly’s signature enamel plaque and the beautiful Nala, who is seen on the front zipper compartment. Custom-shaped applique brings the lovely lioness forward as she gazes peacefully ahead, while some of the fernery around her feature an embroidered finish. Simba is present as the zipper charm as well as on the back of the bag, play fighting with Nala as cubs.
