This cheese knife is part of the Maison collection, with blades ground, stamped and polished over 25 manual production stages. The blade is made from high grade 1.2mm stainless steel. The handle is made from high impact, lightweight Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (ABS) plastic ensuring durability and high mechanical strength.
