This authentic cheese knife from Jean Dubost is sure to become an essential part of your cheeseboard setup. Produced as part of the Maison collection, the blade has been ground, stamped and polished, undergoing 25 stages of manual production. The blade is made from high grade 1.2mm stainless steel. Handle is made from high impact, lightweight Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (ABS) plastic ensuring durability and high mechanical strength.
