This authentic Jean Dubost 2 piece cheese knife set is sure to become an essential part of your cheeseboard set up. Part of Jean Dubost's Deluxe collection, the set has been produced using even higher grade stainless steel, making the utensils slightly heavier than those found in both the Simplicite and Maison collections. The blades are made from high grade 1.2mm stainless steel. Handles are made from high impact, lightweight Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (ABS) plastic ensuring durability and high mechanical strength.
