This set has been produced as part of the Deluxe range, using even higher grade stainless steel. The utensils are slightly heavier than those produced as part of the Simplicite or Maison collections. The knives are made from high grade 1.5mm stainless steel and all other utensils are made using high grade 1.2mm stainless steel. Handles are made from high impact, lightweight Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (ABS) plastic ensuring durability and high mechanical strength.
